ATTOM Expands AI Rental Valuation Tool to Cover 100 Million Homes
ATTOM upgraded its rental AVM with an AI model that widens coverage by 40% and achieves a 5.9% median error rate on unlisted properties.
ATTOM, an Irvine, California-based property data and analytics firm, has rolled out a significantly upgraded version of its rental automated valuation model, extending the tool's reach to nearly 100 million U.S. residential properties, the company announced Nov. 3, 2026.
The enhanced model represents roughly a 40% expansion in coverage compared to its predecessor, according to ATTOM. On properties not yet listed for rent — historically among the hardest to price accurately — the system posts a median error rate of 5.9%, a figure the company says reflects the precision gains made possible by artificial intelligence-driven methodology.
